Note: Each bike needs a different design based on a number of factors. Which is why we don't mass produce a single design, even though it would be cheaper and easier for us to do this. Each pair is hand made and custom built onto the bike.
Big Bore Kits using imported Banshee Jap. Pistons.
Take your stock RD from 347.4cc to all the way to 375cc and beyond.
You can use your stock crank or the long rod RD400 rods. The big bore kits
offer the latest in 2 stoke technology with options for Bridged intakes or
Exhausts and extra boost ports. Contact us for a price. They will be priced
at around 175$ a pair for the liners and barrels. Pistons at cost price.
Engine Bore:
Barrels are re-bored on the latest fully automates Sussen cylinder king machine using a special two stroke mandrel. Under my personal supervision. Tolerances of 1 micron can be achieved. We can use your clearance values our own values learnt from experience to work best. 20$ per pair. 35$ per pair if you want us to bevel the port edges for you. Or INR Rs 600/-
Stage I:
Introduction:
We remove any casting flaws and reshape the transfers axil and radial angles are optimized. The port are not touched or modified unless its to line them up with the barrel. This is the best mod without effecting engine life. We also dial in your squish and modify your stock reed blocks.
Cost: INR 3500/- or 75$ for both barrels.
Stage II:
We do every thing in stage I plus we recommend installing RZ reed blocks with fiber reeds. The intakes are modified to take the larger reed blocks. Ports are modified and beveled to increase top end power. Again engine life is given importance. This is the best balance between engine life and power.
Cost: INR 4500/- or 100$ for both barrels. RZ reed blocks and manifolds need to be supplied by you. Or we can arrange for them at 70$ a pair. If you buy the RZ reeds and manifolds from us we will build and install a Boost bottle also.
Stage III:
All the jobs covered by stages I and II plus we design the engine to your specs and target power. Just remember the higher you go the less the engine life. You have to use the RZ reed block and 30-34mm carbs.
Cost INR 7500/- or 150$
Custom Sleeves:
These sleeves are unmatched in quality. And hardness. They have been specially surface treated. 10 times the strength of local sleeves. They have not been turned on a lathe. Both the inner and outer surfaces have been ground. The insides have not yet been honed in the pictures.
We also offer custom surface hardness from 25 HRC to 60 HRC based on your requirements.
We also offer to coat the liners with for you.

Rs 7500/-. So for 150$ you have a new set of STD bores that exceed the factory specs.
(Warning once treated further porting of the barrels is not recommended or may we say possible).These sleeves allow you to extract far more power than possible with the stock liner, which tends to wear very fast at high RPMs.

If we supply the barrels with liners inserted and ready for use. add 25$. 150+25=175$
